GIC said,they are proud to give back to the communities where they live and work. In early November, New York employees participated in a land stewardship day with their ongoing social impact partner, New York Restoration Project (NYRP), in commemoration of GIC's Sustainability Month.
During the event, GIC volunteers helped with a variety of much-needed park maintenance tasks after a busy summer season, including invasive plant removal, trail maintenance, gardening tasks, and litter removal.
They are thrilled to be longtime supporters of NYRP, a US-based nonprofit whose mission is to create equitable access to green space in New York City.
