The National Bank of Kuwait - Egypt achieved net profits of 1.288 billion Egyptian pounds during the first nine months until the end of September 2022, compared to 1.051 billion Egyptian pounds during the same period last year, a growth of 22.55% on an annual basis. Net activity revenues increased to 3.136 billion Egyptian pounds compared to 2.448 billion Egyptian pounds during the same period in 2021, a growth rate of 28.10%, while customer deposits increased to reach 71.01 billion pounds on September 30, 2022 compared to 62.02 billion pounds at the end of 2021, a growth rate of 14.50%.
While the total assets of the bank grew to 87.21 billion Egyptian pounds until the end of the third quarter of this year, compared to 77.49 billion Egyptian pounds at the end of 2021, with a growth rate of 12.54%, while the net balance of loans and credit facilities amounted to 48.27 billion pounds until the end of September 2022, compared to 40.72 billion pounds. At the end of 2021, a growth rate of 18.54%, and property rights grew by 5.09% to reach 10.822 billion Egyptian pounds, compared to 10.298 billion Egyptian pounds by the end of 2021.
