Korea's official foreign reserves as of the end of August 2024 amounted to 415.9 billion dollars.
Korea's official foreign reserves consisted of securities valued at 369.4 billion dollars (88.8%), deposits of 22.0 billion dollars (5.3%), SDRs of 15.2 billion dollars (3.7%), gold of 4.8 billion dollars (1.2%) and the country's IMF position of 4.4 billion dollars (1.1%).
