AI models help Sber make 88% of corporate revolving loan facility decisions

AI development and adoption are our biggest tech priorities. Integrating AI into corporate lending is a major area of work. Moreover, artificial intelligence has already become an integral part of the lending process at Sber. Currently, 88% of decisions on corporate revolving loans are made with the use of AI models. Our target is 99% by the end of 2026.
Sber continues to improve its government-backed program builder, a convenient tool to assess a company’s eligibility for current government support programs. The builder enables clients to apply for them, too. As of the end of 2023, 7 federal and 23 regional government support programs were available to the service's users. In 2023, 3,300 transactions totaling RUB 45 bn were executed via this service.
Over the year, Sber's corporate portfolio has increased by 25% and exceeded RUB 23.3 trn, with a positive growth outlook for the next few years.
