The Upcoming Theme Weeks of SZSE 2023 Annual Performance Briefings Focus on Strengthening Capital Market Foundations Through New Quality Productive Forces and Other Drivers
Investors are the foundation of the market, and listed companies are the cornerstone of the market. Recently, SZSE has been thoroughly implementing the guiding principles of the Central Financial Work Conference and the work requirements of CSRC for "two strengthenings and two strictnesses". Taking "improving quality and efficiency to promote development, strengthening the foundation and opening a new chapter" as the key tasks, we guide listed companies to actively hold their 2023 annual performance briefings, thereby promoting the core concept of value investment and long-term investment in the capital market. The 2023 annual performance briefings will be held from mid-April to early June, featuring seven theme weeks, including "Central SOEs: the Strong Foundation", "New Quality Productive Forces: the Main Battlefield", "Private Economy: Advancing to New Stage", "Bay Area Engine: Guangdong's Strong Momentum", "Digital Economy: Smart Power", "Energy Revolution: Green New Opportunities", and "Advanced Manufacturing: Creating the Future". The announcements will comprehensively showcase the companies' performance, operational status, and development strategies from multiple dimensions, addressing investors' latest concerns.
Starting from April 16, SZSE will organize collective performance briefings in the listing hall with the theme of "Central SOEs: the Strong Foundation". Representatives from 11 listed companies under China National Building Material Group and 4 listed companies under China Merchants Group will be invited to attend, communicating with investors through a combination of online and offline channels. On April 29, SZSE will also organize a collective performance briefing at the western base, inviting companies such as CETC Cyberspace Security Technology, Jiuyuan Yinhai, and CSCEC SCIMEE. During the theme week, central SOEs such as Hikvision, Changan Automobile, FAW Jiefang, and Longyuan Power will also hold online performance briefings (the specific information is subject to official notices). At the briefings, core members including the companies' Chairman, General Manager, Finance Director, Board Secretary, and Independent Directors will analyze the company's performance, answer investors' questions, listen to investors' suggestions, and help investors gain a deeper understanding of the company's situation.
Following the launch of the first theme week, the other six theme weeks will be launched successively. SZSE will actively utilize the Easy IR platform to provide interactive channels for all investors through collecting investor questions, online text and image communication, video and PowerPoint presentations, and synchronous video broadcasting, aiming to facilitate communication between listed companies and investors. We warmly welcome all investors' continuous attention and active participation to jointly promote the development of a favorable market ecosystem that is conducive to enhancing the quality of listed companies.
